Introduction to Hazrat Sultan Bahu Trust
Hazrat Sultan Bahu Trust is a non-political, non-sectarian, non-government organization (NGO) founded in 1980 by Peer-e-Tareeqat Sahibzada Sultan Fiaz-ul-Hassan Sarwari Qadri, who is regarded as the trusts patron, spiritual founder and leader. The trusts headquarter is based at Darbar Hazrat Sultan Bahu (Rahmatullahi Alay) in District Jhang, Pakistan. It has grown and has establishment worldwide.
The Trust has been established on the name of honorable saint, eminent scholar and Sufi poet Hazrat Sakhi Sultan Muhammad Bahu (Rahmatullahi Alay), whose teachings and poetry are a Bourse of guidance for the whole of the world and people from different walk of life. Sahibzada Sultan Fiaz-ul-Hassan says he felt the needs to establish Hazrat Sultan Bahu Trust because, after studying the work and efforts of the society, he concluded that a huge effort is required to improve the bitter condition of our society, to lead & guide the youth (future of tomorrow) to the right path, who are going astray because of economic imbalance, improve poverty which is leading to child-labor, narrow the gap of rich and poor, proper care for the disable as they are being disregarded in our society. Moreover, all this is due to lack of education and understanding of the comprehensive and global message of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sall Allahu Alayhi Wasallam).
It aim is to revive the message of the Holy Quran and Prophetic teachings in the light of the modern and moderate interpretation.
Furthermore, it also aims to emphasis towards increasing Islamic education (Islamic way of life and character), health, social services, religious betterment and presenting a realistic and true picture of Islam throughout the world. The Trust also value on National Integration and Islamic ideology, literary, improvement of rural and urban environment.
The Trust focuses on the serving the humanity. Well-disciplined programs have been organized in the health sector and social welfare with noble cause. Thus, with responsibilities, the Trust strives to expand its special projects to work for the humanity and human rights.
Today Hazrat Sultan Bahu Trust has established as a key institution of knowledge of Islam and a key figure of community work within Birmingham. It has branches all over the world including UK, America, Athens, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Norway, Denmark, Brussels, Italy, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and over 100 centers in Pakistan including Jamia Al-Hiraa Al-Islamiyya, Al-Hira Academy and the ongoing International University Project is in final stages.
